Who we are

What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the town you are interested in, your preferred language, and your message.
- A record of your consent. When you tick the consent box we store the date and time, your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep this so we can show what you agreed to and when.
- How you found us. The page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics record aggregate usage — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. Google Analytics uses cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry and to follow up about it, and to understand which pages and which sources bring people to the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

- CENTURY 21 John Anthony Agency, Inc., as the brokerage responsible for the real estate side.
- Forward Mortgage LLC, where your enquiry concerns a mortgage.
- Service providers that operate this site on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Resend (sending the email your enquiry generates), Google (analytics), and the customer relationship system used to track enquiries.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
Calls and texts
If you tick the consent box, we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your enquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling us on a call, or by emailing hello@kamalhomesandloans.com.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits. Your browser settings can block them; the site works without them. We also store your campaign tags in your browser for the length of your visit so that an enquiry can be attributed to the link you arrived on.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and their consent records are kept for as long as we are working with you and for seven years afterwards, which covers the record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate and mortgage licensees in New Jersey. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.
Your choices
Email hello@kamalhomesandloans.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within thirty days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
